Because of quarantine, I have found myself in the kitchen much more, but I am getting sick of eating the same food over and over! Does anyone have recipes- for any dishes, including desserts- that anyone could share? I would love to try new recipes :)

I have a ton, but perhaps the best for now is A-M's world famous banana bread. See https://www.geniuskitchen.com/recipe/best-banana-bread-2886
A few things:
1) I generally use 4 (rather than 3) extremely over ripe bananas (they should be more or less blackened on the outside)
2) this means you can reduce the amount of sugar to 1/2 cup
3) I add dry cranberries or in fresh cranberry season fresh, which is delicious
4) crushed walnuts
5) bake for closer to 1 hour and 15 minutes and test with a knife when you think it's done. The knife should come away clean
Best eaten slightly warm or toasted with generous amounts of butter!
Have you tried making dumplings? They seem complicated to make but it's actually really easy, and if you make extra you can just freeze them!
This is the recipe I used: https://steamykitchen.com/41178-best-chinese-potsticker-dumplings-recipe.html
I hope you'll like them!
